Cancellation and No Show Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and may require a Zelle or Venmo deposit to secure your first appointment. We are available by appointment only so we often go in early to set up your room and get everything ready. If you cannot make your appointment please be mindful of this and let us know as soon as possible beforehand. Confirmation text are sent out the day/evening before your appointment. If you are a no show or have to cancel an appointment and reschedule you will be required to put a Zelle or Venmo deposit down to solidify your appointment.
Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Please note: As a courtesy to the therapist, if you fail to cancel before the 24 hour notice period, you will be charged a penalty fee of 50% of services booked. No shows are charged 100% of services booked. No exceptions.
Group deposits
Are required for groups of 4 or more and will be used towards your service. It is $25 person. Deposits are non refundable if not cancelled within 48 hours. No exceptions. Deposits can be made via Zelle or Venmo.
Sexual Harassment Policy
Hideaway Spa is a professional establishment we have a zero tolerance policy to any sexual harassment, sexual advances, or sexual inquiries.
Your service will be stopped immediately you will be required to pay full price for your service for our time, no exceptions and no refunds. Authorities will be contacted that are less then a block away.

Children & Pets
We love children and pets too!
However, due to the tranquil nature of our services, we ask that they do not accompany you during your visit with us.

Gift Certificates
We offer Gift Certificates. You can purchase a Gift Certificate. Please call to inquiry. Only available for Massage and facials.
