Cancellation and No Show Policy:
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and will require a credit card to secure your first appointment. We are available by appointment only so we often go in early to set up your room and get everything ready. If you cannot make your appointment please be mindful of this and let us know as soon as possible beforehand. Confirmation text are sent out the day/evening before your appointment.
Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Please note: As a courtesy to the therapist, if you fail to cancel before the 24 hour notice period, you will be charged a penalty fee of 50% of services booked. No shows are charged 100% of services booked. No exceptions.
Children & Pets
We love children and pets too!
However, due to the tranquil nature of our services, we ask that they do not accompany you during your visit with us.
Gift Certificates
We offer Gift Certificates. You can purchase a Gift Certificate. Please call to inquiry. Only available for Massage and facials.
